Of our equipment, the Masterstone 4000 offers the best
solution to the market. This machine is perfect for:

The Masterstone 4000 has a robust structure that is
heavier than any other in the industry. This offers
the big advantage of maximum dampening which results
in the best quality finish available. Loading is now
very easy with Poma's new accessories which enables
for full access to the entire bed. These include a jib
cranes capable of loading up to full sized quartz and
engineered surface slabs.
The Intermac's bed size is 92" X 156", and includes
two tool racks capable of loading 28 tools. This means
that several profiles can be stored ensuring production
without interruption. The CAD/CAM system is user friendly
and plant workers can be trained in a short period.
The NC controls are by far the most sophisticated in
the industry and come with many unique features such
as on-the-fly tool wear compensation. This feature makes
the machine responsive and even less dependent upon
experienced workers. This is not available on any other
machine in the industry.
Intermac only uses quality components and an innovative
electrospindle which delivers high spindle power at
any RPM ensuring high production and unmatched polished
edge quality. The electrospindle is vector driven instead
of inverter or belt driven as on other machines.
